Terrible
I ordered a passport photo and what I got was something else, a zoomed in picture of my face. How am i supposed to use that?? Also Photos were bent, delivery overpriced and late. I don't recommend.

Great company to deal with
I have been ordering photos from Pixum since they came into existence & have never been disappointed with the quality of the prints, speed of dispatch or price. On the very rare occasion where something goes wrong (& this can happen in even the best regulated household) a message to customer service online is responded to very quickly & the issue promptly & willingly rectified. Fully deserving of a five star review.

Order didn’t arrive, Poor customer services!…
Ordered a personalised Advent Calendar and it hasn’t arrived. I contacted Customer Support/Services and all I got back was an automated reply email as this company doesn’t have a phone number. Very disappointed.

Large canvas print
I have a large canvas print in my home of a wonderful family photo but due to some damage I contacted Pixum to replace it. Did all I had to do and the preview of the canvas looked 100% perfect.It arrived yesterday and OMG firstly you would need to be drunk to actually need to be drunk to know what the picture was of due to the blurring,secondly I wouldn’t hang it in a doghouse never mind my house a total waste of €150.No reply from customer service yet?????????

Honeymoon Photo Book
I ordered a honeymoon book of all our photos to Croatia. Fantastic quality. Pixum kept me up to date and I received the book in no time at all. Very pleased indeed. All my family who have seen the book, said it looked amazing.

Excellent!
I’ve used Pixum for 3 years now and they’re fantastic to deal with. I’ve ordered several different products and they are always done to a high standard and excellent quality.

The website is simple to navigate and it’s easy to find exactly what you want with multiple options for your product. Customer care is excellent to deal with and you are kept informed of the status of your order throughout until delivery.
I wouldn’t consider anyone else.

Let down
The advent calendar was ordered in good time however we received someone's wedding album instead. Informed Pixum via email as there is no other way to contact them. Two days later they replied and and said there is nothing they could do about the advent calendar as all stocks had gone and please could I send back the album....oh, and here is £5 off your next purchase.
I will not be using the £5 as I don't have any confidence in this company anymore.

Great custom calendar
I looked around for a while for company to do a custom photo calendar for me and I'm glad I chose Pixum.

Everything was easy and straight-forward with lots of layouts to choose from to suit exactly what I wanted.
Pricing was very reasonable and I received my order in quick time. A happy customer!

Thoroughly recommended.

I’m waiting 10 days for my passport…
Waiting 10 days for passport photos!!

I have reached out to them now 7 times and NO response! There is no number to call them on.

Quick to take my money and not deliver. No customer service! Wish I had read all the 1 star reviews on here before ordering!

This place could be a scam! Please becareful - would not recommend.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, cant give you a straight answer, all I wanna know is where is my phone cover, I've waited ages now, they have sent me emails saying the original was lost so they sent me replacement, and then saying it's in production, and then it's been dispatched, on the 28th of dec, and keep changing the delivery dates! If I dont receive my phone case very soon I will be taken this furter, I demanding my money back, this was a xmas present for my mam! I am very upset about this.

Brilliant.
Pixum is so easy to use and has lots of options in regard to sizing, which not many other printing services offer. The quality of the prints are absolutely spot on. I am so pleased with everything. Also the turnaround was relatively quick, my items were delivered 3 days after I placed my order which was great. I will definitely be using them again.

Always use pixum
I have been using Pixum since 2009. I make books of holidays and events. Sometimes I use the assistant, sometimes I do my own thing. I have always been pleased with the results. I have tried other companies.. but never completed a book elsewhere. Take some time to understand the product and decide your outcome. Recommended.

Great customer service.
I bought a phone case for my son with his roller hockey team logo printed on it. After a couple of months the print started to become discoloured, I contacted the customer service department and they suggested that a different type of case would be better and I would only have to pay the difference. When I placed the order, customer services contacted me again and said that I could have the new item free of charge to make up for the inconvenience.
Brilliant service! Thanks Pixum.

Great service
Thank you to Pixum for providing me with a book that I used for my speech at my daughter’s wedding...everyone loved it!
You made sure that it arrived on time even though I’d left ordering it a bit late and the quality of the book is exceptional.

4 stars instead of 5 (language's choice impossible !)
4 stars instead of 5 not because of quality patterns but only because order products in different languages is impossible connecting with "pixum.com" and it's necessary to connect with each national subsidiary what gives a lot of unuseful work, repeating the same picture's downloads, product's choice, presentation, etc. ... why not a easy website with a multilingual choice for the specific products containig n a langauge such as calendars !
